Cancellation & Hotel Cancellation Insurance
Sometimes things turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be canceled at short notice or cut short prematurely.
In this case, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG are not applicable, we use the
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry
.
Cancellations at the organic farm “Reiterhof” are subject to the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the price,
- In case of early departure 100% will be charged.

To save these unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out
hotel cancellation insurance
to be perfectly prepared for:
- Your cancellation
- Your early departure or
- the deployment of the mountain rescue service
(also includes a helicopter rescue)
